THREADING   

Threading usually done for removing unwanted hair on the body and face. 

It is done for Shaping Lips, Eye Brows for Upper Lips, Chin and Fore Head.It can be done even for whole face. Sometimes it is used for waxing. if any few hair is left out on the hands or legs, they are removed by threading. But it is the common way of removing hair around the eue brows. In threading, hair is pulled out from root without damaging other hair, it takes 15 to 20 days for regrowth of the removed hair.

In shaping the eye brow, the shape should look natural and only extra growth of hair should be removed. For some individuals even the shape differs, then it becomes necessary to change the shape according to the face of the individual.

Things required for threading :

• Thread(40 No Coats)
• Talcum Powder
• Cotton Pad
• Towel
•  Any Antiseptic Cream or Ice Cubes.

  Thread used for it should be white or half white colour and 30 to 40 waste preferably coats Company used.

Threading Procedure :

Method of eye brow shaping is by threading. it is most commonly used in India.

Make the client sit comfortably on a cushion chair and lean the head gently back on the chair.

Explain the procedure and then wipe the eye brow with Talcum Powder.

For analysing the shape of the right eye brow, you should stand in front of the client and decide the shape and start the threading.

Ask the client to place the hand on the fore head of the eye and stretch the skin upwards and downwards by holding the skin tight, so what cuts on the skin may be prevented.

Now hold one end of the thread in your mouth and hold the reel of the thread in left hand, make loop by holding, twist thread 6 to 8  times with fingers of the right hand.

With this loop the eye brow hair is caught between the thread and pull against the  direction of the hair growth.

Much practice is required to achieve the skill and master it. [ It is preferred to  practise first on your legs and hands.

Both the eye brows are shaped in this procedure and while doing for the left lower eye brows, hair threading is done by standing at the back of the client. This is an easy procedure. 

After completing the threading, apply any antiseptic  cream or ice creams. it is  compulsory.

Threading should not be rubbed with pressure as it will cut the skin and some times there  is a chance of pulling eye lashes.

For sensitive people, it would be best to the procedure with a wet thread followed by rubbing the area with ice cuber.

Threading is a temporary method, this is 100 % soft. It is done with care and a correct method.
