Beauty Tips of LIZY Part 2 HEADING

MANICURE 

Things Required :

Bowl, Towel, Luke warm water, Salt 1 TB Spoon, Shampoo 1 Sachet, Brushb (Pumic Stone),  Lemon, Orange Cream  and H2O2 [Hydorgen Peroxide]

Mancicure Set :

Nail File, Cuticle Cutter, Pusher, Dead Skin Remover, Dist Remover, Nail Polish Remover and Nail Polish 

For Hand Bleach :

Powder Bleach  3 to 4 TSP

Ammonia  4 to 5 drops

H2O2 Need amount to min moisturizer.

Procedure for Manicure :

First remove the nail polish, then file the nail in the direction from outside towards   centre.

Bleach hands if the client requires. After bleach start manicure.

 

Take luke warm water in bowl for manicure put shampoo, lemon juice, salt, soak  hands in the water for 10 mins. Start brushing the hands with the help of stone brush. Now take cuticle cutter and cut the dead skin around the nail. Then take dirt remover. Remove the  dirt if any, clean the upper part of the nail in circular movements. Push the cuticle of  the Nail with pusher away to make nail bigger.

Wash hands with fresh water and dry them with a towel.

Face Bleaching Procedure : 

Take 2 tea spoons of face bleaching powder in a bowl and add 1 tea spoon of   Hydrogen peroxide, 4 drops of liquid Ammonia, 4 to 5 drops of glycerine, half tea spoon of  Rose water and thoroughly min, till it becomes like paste. Keep your face clean and dry  then  apply the paste on your face, neck, arm and legs except on your eyes, eyebrows and  lips.  Let it dry for 15 mins.

Then rinse and wash your face with warm water. Apply any massage cream after this   treatment. This treatment can be repeated once in every fornight.

Hand Massage Procedure :

Take orange cream or any cream and apply it on the hands of palm. Rub it circular   movements towards the wrist and bring our hands in down ward direction [S type]

Then massage with thumb fingers, in circular movement in upward direction. This is the   ring massage.

Now place the clients hand in your hand and move fingers in clock wise and anti-clock wise direction, move one finger at a time, do the same with remaining fingers.

NOW hold the clients hand, then do the massage like bangle, twist your finger round and   round.

After this, do the zig zag massage with thumb fingers only in upward and downward   direction.

Interlocking and palm clockwise and anti clock wise fingers pulling, joints block and  finger.

Now interlocking your hand with clients hand and by pulling and little pressure on the  palm remove your hand from the client in upward direction. Do this for 3 times.

At last, Shivering of hands giving or tapping piano strokes vibrating the hand.

 Now catch the thumb and little finger of client, now shake the hand in upward        

direction. Repeat the procedure.

Now apply some powder on hands to remove greasiness on hands. After this, apply         nail polish.

•  The salt when mixed in warm water relieves pains from hands including fingers.
• Blood circulation to hands and palms is improved.
• it gives good appearance to hands, palm free, removes the wrinkles on fingers and hand and skin.

NOTE :-

  Pumic stone brush and foot scrapper is not used . Water should be luke warm. Do Not  use   detergent or washing powder, use only shampoo
