Metabolism boosting foods and drinks

- Hot Lemon Water : Every morning, before breakfast, have a hot glass of water with a bit of lemon juice. It helps and prepares your body to digest the food that you're going to eat throughout the day properly.



- Green tea : It's a great metabolism boosting drink. It doesn't only taste good, it also is all natural since it's hot water with herbs. Having tea in generall is really good for you because you're drinking water, but tasty water, without it being "bad" or it having some sort of sugars in it ( unless you drink it with sugar ). It's a great alternative for those people that don't drink enough water throughout the day.


- Chili : It's a great spice to add to your meals and it boost your metabolism a lot! It might be too spicy for some people that aren't used to it but you only need to add a really little amount.
